Matthew Semmer

Matthew Semmer focuses his practice on litigation, transactions, and fiduciary services involving real property and operating businesses. Some of Mr. Semmer’s legal experience includes litigation related to construction defect, healthcare fraud, Home Owner Association disputes, and federal truth-in-lending laws. In addition, he has served as a Court-appointed fiduciary on multiple matters related to distressed operating businesses and real estate, giving him a unique perspective on problem resolution alternatives and achieving principal-oriented results.

Mr. Semmer was born in Chicago but grew up in San Diego, California. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2001 and subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate from University of San Diego School of Law in 2005. In his free time, Mr. Semmer enjoys reading, supporting his wife’s dance studio, and playing soccer.
