Julia Norman

Julia Norman’s practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death. Ms. Norman has a wide-ranging experience representing defendants, including public entities, individuals, and commercial businesses, with a focus on matters involving allegations of negligence and dangerous conditions of public property. Prior to joining Bordin Semmer, Ms. Norman gained extensive experience at a global law firm and as a Prosecutor for a City.

Ms. Norman obtained her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School and is licensed to practice law in the state of California. During law school, Ms. Norman received the Dean’s Merit Award for Academic Excellence. Prior to law school, Ms. Norman obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and minor in Communication from American University in Washington, D.C.
