Mark Derflinger

Mark Derflinger’s practice focuses on catastrophic personal injuries, automobile liability, premises liability, real property disputes, and wrongful death.  Mr. Derflinger has a wide-ranging experience representing defendants, including individuals, commercial businesses, and insurance companies facing complex liability and significant exposures.  Prior to joining Bordin Semmer, Mr. Derflinger worked for a public interest law firm specializing in habitability and housing matters.

In addition to being admitted to the California Bar, Mr. Derflinger is also admitted to practice law in Arizona and Washington.  Mr. Derflinger, who was born in Anaheim, California, obtained his Bachelor of Science and Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach and his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School where he was an Intellectual Property Law Fellow and a Senior Staff Member of the Law review.

In his free time, Mr. Derflinger enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and the cinema.
