Erick Diaz

Erick Diaz is a commercial litigator whose practice centers on defending public entities, individuals, and commercial businesses in matters involving alleged negligence and dangerous conditions of public property. Before joining Bordin Semmer, Mr. Diaz gained substantial experience in bankruptcy law, representing both debtors and creditors in complex restructuring and liquidation proceedings in federal court.

Mr. Diaz earned his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of California. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, Irvine.
