Hayk Proshyan

Hayk Proshyan represents businesses, individuals, and public entities in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury defense, premises liability, government entity defense, and general liability claims. Before joining Bordin Semmer LLP, Mr. Proshyan practiced at national civil-litigation firms, where he defended major insurance carriers and Fortune 500 companies in complex liability and catastrophic injury cases. Earlier in his career, he represented plaintiffs in consumer protection and personal injury litigation, giving him a balanced perspective on how both sides of a case operate.

Mr. Proshyan earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is fluent in Armenian and Russian, and conversational in Spanish. Outside of the office, Mr. Proshyan enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and exploring his passion for winemaking.
