Frank J. Mottola III

Frank J. Mottola III is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and licensed attorney in California and Connecticut, practicing since 2009. He brings diverse experience in civil and criminal litigation, commercial arbitrations, class actions, and state civil appeals. For ten years, he served as corporate counsel at Subway Franchise World Headquarters, performing legal standards, dispute resolution, and global audit functions.

A Connecticut native, he graduated cum laude from Central Connecticut State University in 2004 and earned his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law in 2009, where he was a member of the Law Review. Since relocating to California in 2019, he enjoys being outdoors, playing poker, and traveling. He can often be found walking along the South Bay beaches with his two dogs.
