Karina Gupta

Karina Gupta advocates for public entities, businesses, and individuals in complex litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and general liability claims. Prior to joining Bordin Semmer LLP, Ms. Gupta gained experience across multiple practice areas such as healthcare law, civil sexual abuse, and employment law. She also spent time working with a nonprofit organization, where she provided legal support to low-income clients. Her previous experience handling plaintiffs’ personal injury matters offers her practical insight into the differing priorities and strategies that shape each side of a case.

Ms. Gupta received her B.S. from the University of California, Riverside, and her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law. While in law school, she served on the board of the South Asian Law Students Association, mentoring fellow students on professional development and career opportunities. Outside of work, Ms. Gupta enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time with her golden retriever, Whiskey.
