Daniel Yousefzadeh

Daniel Yousefzadeh is an up-and-coming civil trial attorney, who is dedicated to achieving meaningful results for his clients. With a strong foundation as a plaintiff attorney, Daniel developed into a strategic litigator by handling cases from their earliest stages all the way through the appellate process. This experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of each phase of litigation and the insight necessary to navigate it effectively. Daniel’s practice areas include civil rights, employment, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, trust and will litigation, and business litigation.

Prior to being licensed, Daniel served as a Fellow in the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), where he spent one of several months shadowing a civil judge, observing multiple trials, and hundreds of hearings in the Santa Monica Courthouse. Since then, Daniel has served as second chair in numerous trials, achieving not only successful verdicts for his clients but also favorable post-trial outcomes. Now practicing on the defense side, he is committed to rigorously protecting his clients’ interests with the same dedication and discipline that have defined his career.

Daniel received his B.A. degree at the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his J.D. at Loyola Law School where he graduated with a Civil Litigation and Trial Concentration and enjoyed mastering courtroom strategy in courses such as Advanced Trial Advocacy and the Strategy of Litigation.
