Jamie Gabbay

Jamie Gabbay practices civil litigation with a focus on personal injury matters, including auto collisions, premises liability, insurance, and government entity defense. Ms. Gabbay earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

During her time at Loyola Law School, Ms. Gabbay participated in advanced trial advocacy training and developed a strong interest in litigation and courtroom practice. She completed the Baylor University Advanced Trial School Academy of the Advocate in St. Andrews, Scotland, an intensive international program focused on litigation training. She also participated in the Hobbs/Poehls District Attorney Practicum, where she served as a certified law clerk for the District Attorney’s Offices in Long Beach and Compton Courthouses. There, she led preliminary hearings and presented oral arguments to judges to establish probable cause and ensure cases proceeded to trial. Prior to joining Bordin Semmer LLP, Ms. Gabbay worked as a law clerk at a business litigation firm and at an insurance Defense firm. She then went on to practice as an attorney at a personal injury firm. As a result, she brings a well-rounded, practical perspective to litigation.

Outside the office, you can find Ms. Gabbay listening to ‘70s disco music, exploring local coffee shops, or watching Lakers games with her family.
