Paul Borges

Paul Borges represents public entities, school districts, businesses, and individuals in a wide variety of litigation with a focus on defending against claims involving negligence, premises liability, personal injury, and dangerous conditions of public property. Prior to joining Bordin Semmer LLP, Mr. Borges practiced business and real property litigation at a law firm in Stockton, California. Mr. Borges is licensed to practice in the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Mr. Borges grew up in Northern California and obtained his juris doctorate from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. While completing his studies at McGeorge, Mr. Borges served as a law clerk for Judge Jayne Lee of the San Joaquin County Superior Court, participated in a legal externship program in Parma, Italy, and had the opportunity to take a summer school course with retired associate justice Anthony Kennedy of the United States Supreme Court. Prior to attending McGeorge, Mr. Borges earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Outside of work, Mr. Borges enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and rooting for the Sacramento Kings and San Francisco 49ers
